Description
Young Adults from 13 years of age and up are invited to Lane Academy of Martial Arts on Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:00 PM, for a FREE introductory Class of Tai Kwon DO. Karate lessons have proven to increase focus and confidence at school and at the work place. Please wear sweat-pants, T-Shirt and no jewelry
