Join us on Wednesday, June 17th for our virtual professional development meeting starting at 8:30 a.m. hosted by Member of the Month Mary Runkel with Outdoor Lab Foundation.  followed by a breakout session to share your tips on adapting to our new normal from 9 - 10 a.m. 

Meeting Topic:
As more businesses are creating new processes and procedures, changing the way teams interact, or pivoting in an entirely new direction, developing creative ways to engage, network and connect is even more important. June's AYP Professional Development Meeting will be small breakout format, allowing you to discuss how you can partner with other Arvada Chamber businesses and AYP members to share relevant resources, collaborate in new ways, and make connections that span beyond a typical in-person networking event. 

About Member of the Month Mary Runkel:
I work for the Outdoor Lab Foundation, we ensure all Jeffco 6th grade students attend Outdoor Lab, regardless of ability or disability, including the ability to pay. Most people likely know Outdoor Lab, but if not, it's a 1-week mountain experience for all Jeffco public school 6th grade students. It's experiential based, and students learn physics through archery, hydrology, geology and much more. On average, students hike 6 miles/day and learn a lot about self reliance.

Annual fees are $95/participant for Arvada Chamber members and $195/participant for not-yet Arvada Chamber members.
