Day at the Capitol

• Start time is at 8 am, but we encourage you to arrive with plenty of time to get through security and find the meeting room.
• We will be convening in House Committee Room 0112, which is one of the basement committee rooms off the hallway between the elevators in the basement.
• The best parking to enter the building near the basement is on the East side of the Capitol and then enter the building on the South side entrance.
• We will have pastries and coffee available on arrival outside the meeting room.
• Throughout the morning we will hear from our Jefferson County legislators and have the opportunity to sit on the house and senate floor.
