Seniors and caregivers are invited to attend an Integrative Wellness Senior Resource Fair at the Seniors' Resource Center in Evergreen on Friday, October 21 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Fun and educational activities and health screenings include:
- Yoga & Tai Chi Demonstrations
- Balance Assessments
- Free Chair Massages
- Aromatherapy
- Blood Pressure Screenings
- Hearing Screenings
- Senior Fraud Information
- Information on Transportation, Home Care, Chores and other services for the senior population.
