Gallery 1874 First Friday Artist Reception

Gallery 1874 is proud to represent Colorado Abstract Artists Robbie Ruhaak, Joyce Neilsen and Marie-Luise Vaughn for our September and October 2018 exhibit. Each artist utilizes acrylic paint in very different ways. Robbie uses a specialized technique for painting on aluminum panels for a stunning and resilient art piece. Joyce uses acrylic and ink on watercolor paper as well as oil paint on Arches Oil paper for a vibrant yet soft painting. Marie-Luise while creating a new painting on stretched canvas will ‘dive’ into colors and let the paint take over. We will be open until 8pm this Friday, October 5th.
