Join us for Inspiring Women on Zoom! Please save your spot and register in advance. Space is limited so sign up early!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Please register in advance using the Register button on this page.
- Registration closes by 12pm the day of the meeting.
- The Zoom link will be sent to registered participants.
- Members are welcome to invite a guest who has not been to a meeting or who has only been to one meeting
- Try to use a computer for best audio and video\
- Join the call a couple minutes early to ensure the software is working, make sure your video and microphone are working, and mute yourself
- Sit with light facing you, behind your screen, away from a window
- Adjust your camera to ensure your face is fully visible
- If you have not used Zoom before, download the application on your device
o For your computer click here and load the softwareo For your phone download the application in the app store
Once in them meeting, swipe to see the agenda and the opposite to see the chat window
DURING THE MEETING
- Stay muted if you are not speaking
- If you have a microphone on a cord, try to keep it away from your hair and clothing to avoid rustling noises
- Look at the camera while speaking if you?re comfortable so it feels like you?re making eye contact!
- Avoid multitasking ~ everyone wants your full attention!
- Use the chat function to send messages
