Members are welcome to invite a guest who has been to a meeting or who has only been to one meeting
Space is limited to the first 35 registrations

BEFORE JOINING

• Try to use a computer for best audio and video

• Join the call a couple minutes early to ensure the software is working, make sure your video and microphone are working, and mute yourself
• Sit with light facing you, behind your screen, away from a window
• Adjust your camera to ensure your face is fully visible

• If you have not used Zoom before, download the application on your device

o For your computer click here and load the software

o For your phone download the application in the app store

 Once in them meeting, swipe to see the agenda and the opposite to see the chat window

DURING THE MEETING

• Stay muted if you are not speaking
• If you have a microphone on a cord, try to keep it away from your hair and clothing to avoid rustling noises
• Look at the camera while speaking if you’re comfortable so it feels like you’re making eye contact!
• Avoid multitasking ~ everyone wants your full attention!
• Use the chat function to send messages
