Engaging the Next Generation of Leaders in a Changing WorldThe world is changing faster than ever. While many of these changes often get dismissed as ‘Millennial issues’, there are larger influences at play. It is vital for organizations to understand the evolution of our world, our workforce, and the next generation of business leader in order to succeed moving forward. This means rethinking how we build value and relationships with our employees, stakeholders, and customers. Through this session, we will cover what the future of the workplace looks like, how to get past generational gaps, and what an intentional culture for today’s world requires.
Patrick Kelly is the founder and President of Change Point Consulting, a company that helps organizations create authentic cultures for today’s world. He began his career in the corporate world as a consultant for a global real estate organization, working with business owners all over the world. Through his tenure, Patrick began to see common issues arise: the struggles of what lacking an authentic culture built for today’s ever-changing world will do to limit the ability to attract, retain, and engage great employees Through Change Point, Patrick works with companies to get beyond generational stereotypes, understand the larger changes affecting the workplace, and learn how to use culture to engage your customers and attract the better talent.
