Gateway Arvada Ridge opened in January of this year. We are excited to be adding 296 apartment homes to the Arvada community. Gateway Arvada Ridge is located east of Red Rocks Community College Arvada Campus, and north of the Arvada Ridge Marketplace making it a perfect location for modern living. Immediately north of the G-Line Arvada Ridge Station, residents will be able to travel to Olde Town Arvada and connect to Downtown Denver and DIA in a flash!
