Description
We’re celebrating the grand opening of a 50-unit affordable housing complex on an acre of land just two blocks from the Olde Town Arvada G Line station, offering housing for folks at 30%-60% of area median income in a location rich in transit, employment, shops and services—but no grocery store. The owner and developer, Medici Consulting Group, is providing all residents with RTD ECO passes and, in partnership with the Arvada Veggie Van, has incorporated the VV operation as an integral part of the complex, giving residents access to fresh, locally-grown produce, plus a variety of interactive programming such as classes, demonstrations, and a dedicated community garden on site.
