Join us for this powerful breathwork experience where transformational breathing techniques will be used to improve psychological, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. This workshop will bring about an altered state of awareness engaging your heart, body, and subconscious mind. Our goal is to help you release psychological blocks, emotional pain, and trauma held in the body, along with negative thoughts and beliefs held in the subconscious.
