Youth Mental Health First Aid Class

Description

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed for adults who regularly interact with young people
(ages 12-18). The course introduces the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health
problems in adolescents and builds an understanding of the importance of early intervention.
The program also teaches you how to approach and talk to someone in crisis and connect a
young person to the appropriate resources.
